The McAdory High School Yellow Jackets Wrestling Team won the AHSAA Class 5a-6a Region 4 Duals Championship held at Corner High School. On the first day of the competition, McAdory defeated Northridge and Brookwood to advance to the second day. On the second day, McAdory defeated Corner 62 - 18nand Jasper 52 - 30 to win the AHSAA Class 5a-6a Region 4 Dual Championship. The McAdory High School Yellow Jackets Wrestling Team are undefeated this season at 24 - 0. The first round AHSAA State Dual Championships will begin this week for McAdory on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at McAdory. They will take on the Class 5a-6a Region 3 runner ups Wetumpka Indians. The winner between McAdory and Wetumpka will advance to round 2 to take on the winner of the round 1 matchup between Class 5a-6a R Region 4 runner-up Jasper Vikings and Class 5a-6a Region 3 Champions Helena Huskies.
