Kahlil Gibran’s masterpiece, The Prophet, is one of the most translated books in history, and has never been out of print since its original publication in 1923.
Few works of literature have touched so many lives, or have strived to give insight into so many aspects of the human condition.
This new edition gives honor to this treasured work with 27 lavish illustrations by Stephen Smith. The paintings, completed during the past year, represent a style reminiscent of symbolism and are conceived to capture the poetic voice of Kahlil Gibran’s narration.
From Love to Work to Self Knowledge, The Prophet provides profound insights that have inspired countless readers for generations, yet still manages to resinate today.
Books will be available and all of the original artwork will be on display.
The exhibition will be on display through August.
Music provided by Soundclash Soldiers.
